GENERAL INFO FOR ACCOUNTING PREPARATION

In regard to the preparation of your Company’s Accountancy Records please be informed that in order for our Firm to execute and complete this engagement , and to do so efficiently, you are kindly requested to share procure the unrestricted provision of supporting evidence comprised of the following documentation and financial information concerning the Company:

1. Information regarding the principal activities of the company.

1.1.1. Information on all Bank Accounts held under the Company’s name throughout the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.2. Bank Statements for all Bank Accounts held under the Company’s name throughout the period(s)/year(s) under reporting. Following year’s bank accounts should also be provided for better assessment.

1.1.3. Accompanying bank advices slips for the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.4. Descriptive information relating to the bank movements (comprised of: transfers, deposits, withdrawals) effected through the Company’s Bank Accounts during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.5. Information on all accounts held under the Company’s name with any other financial institution along with all related supporting documentation evidencing and explaining the movement throughout the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.6. Cash book (if applicable and maintained) for the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.7 Summary of cash receipts and cash payments (if applicable) for the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.8 Identification and matching of all cash receipts and cash payments to the equivalent: source and recipient correspondingly, and information concerning all transactions that were consummated with cash throughout the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.9 Cheque stubs and updates lists of any cancelled cheques that may have occurred during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.10 Documentation officially supporting any tangible and/or intangible assets held under the Company’s name during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting. In case of ownership of shares in subsidiaries, associates or joint ventures, financial statements of the owned companies should be provided along with certificates of ownership from the registra of companies as at 31 December of the current period under reporting.

1.1.11 Confirmation letter stating the number of employees in the subsidiaries, associates or joint ventures should also be provided by management to be used in the small group test during the audit.

1.1.12 Documentation officially supporting any liabilities due by the Company during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.13 Copies of all contractual agreements/obligations entered into by the Company during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting. These must be certified true copies of the official final stamped and signed agreements.

1.1.14 Copies of any cancellations of contractual obligations relating to the Company during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.15 Copies of any amendments to the contractual obligations relating to the Company during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.16 Copies of any important agreement(s) signed after the current year under reporting

1.1.17 Copies of all invoices issued by the Company during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.18 Copies of all invoices issued to the Company during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.19.Listing of all accounts receivables (Debtors) and accounts payables (Creditors), (if applicable and if these records are maintained by the Company), concerning the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.20.1nformation concerning any mortgages or pledges of the Company’s business assets on business debts, any personal guarantee or debts, leases, and any other information that could have an effect upon the results of the operations of your business.

1.1.21.Evidential supporting documentation relating to any type of financial transaction entered into by the Company during the period(s)/year(s) under reporting.

1.1.22 Any other information essential for the purpose of being reflected to the Company’s accounting records and trial balance for the period(s)/year{s) under reporting.

1.1.23 Information regarding trading activities for the period under reporting (Broker’s statements.)

1.2.1 It is understandable that failure to submit any of the necessary documentation for the processing and entering into the accounting software tools, will have a direct impact on the proper upkeep of the Company’s accounting records and consequently to the desired true picture of the Company’s financial position , and it is thus encouraged that you kindly fully collaborate in the provision of all necessary documentation required by our Firm.
